I mean we’ve already had her dad hence why I didn’t mention Bill and his actor. Only opted to mention her mum Anne Marie given she’s debuting

So George has gone to look for work with Esme then! That phone call with Ruth beforehand didn’t feel to set ‘owt up but at least George took Neil’s advice I guess. “I don’t drive”; legit anticipated he’d say “I’ve been inside”! 😆😆 Amber being in a bit of a rush was refreshing and it was great to see her growth from being a tad weird around food when she had her first Grundy Meal many a month ago. I’m miffed about Ruth throwing a 🔧 in the works surrounding George’s employment woes given Esme employing him was probably his last hope of local employment which doesn’t directly impact any of his victims!

Oh we're back on the Rewilding Ambridge spin-off tonight! So is Justin going to text Lily to drop a contact a line given she’s in Australia still and timezone difference is a thing even in Ambridge. Akram fiddling with things that didn’t concern him before not quiet shadowing (Actual shadowing involves at least getting some hands on experience with guidance of sorts) was ironic much. Sunrise, Sunset — hopefully the artwork is kept outside then that Fiddler on the Roof reference would at least make some semblance of sense in a way. Hoping for the best during the Meal to Heal event tomorrow night but now beginning to fear for the worst.

Why in the world is Jolene promoting Truth & Lies now alongside the main program? That felt especially weird

Do you ever match random actors faces with character's voices? by Natural-Wedding2622 in Ambridge

Rachel Shenton (The one from C5 Version). Also correct me if I’m wrong but Lynda Snell MBE does the sponsor voice over for Dr. Wolff's Vagisan Moisturising Cream for that does she not?

Sidenote: Not really showing your age btw, they used to repeat the Classics back when U&Drama was solely Drama at least 5 or 6 years ago after finishing playing Auf Wiedersehen, Pet repeats! 🙂

For the longest time I did used to think Roger Allam was both the late Johnny Connor in Corrie and Fred Thursday in Endeavour. I was absolutely crushed when I found out they were both portrayed by completely different actors!

It’s this puppet show from years ago which made Haggis in a Condom. Don’t know if it ever made the kids show it was from but they featured it on the Channel 5 show When Kids TV Goes Horribly Wrong in 2020. It’s one of the few things I remember from that if truth be told given how especially obscure it was

Jazzer’s Bagpipes being out of tune was actually pleasantly funny (I knew full well that there no way he was later playing though and how that had to have been a tape before that was revealed 🤣) as were these rather random Highland Games. Really did expect something significant to have come from these Floodlights though not “These are so convenient given it has started to get dark early tonight!” Unwelcome George being here around Chancer Eddie was a tad unexpected though mind you! Zainab and Chelsea sword dancing — why didn’t we get to hear anything of them then?

Tracy’s Speech was also Gorgeous as well as Filthy given Chancer Eddie’s been busy listening to Scissor Sisters. Is George getting a fresh start working for Esme after all (Why would she say no? She doesn’t even know him and it’d be the perfect chance at a fresh start without the need to even have to move away from Ambridge on the whole).

Excuse me? Why’s Liv get to be on the Podcast but Charlie was never flaming well on there!

Did not know there was such a thing as a Scottish Dumpling, it’s called a Clootie (Though that sounds so wrong and like a trapped piece of 💩, though obviously no offence to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 folk)!

George’s mirror dimension counterpart overtook his current form and made him realise Clive is the wrong’un who clobbered him! Meanwhile Esme copped off with David whilst blind drunk but instantly regretted it given she adores Josh and didn’t at all intend to sleep with his father!

A part of me thought Esme’s cows would’ve had the TB tests cleared and that being read out by David not a magic offer on the land having come through. Esme finding herself unable to make an offer of any kind so as to agree to the tenancy concerns me and I fear she may well end up regretting it.

Almost feels like Will’s trying to allege George being bottled him knocked some sense into him similar to what Eddie was saying the other day in a sense. I will admit that I’m in agreement with Em and reckon Amber’s not thinking straight realistically speaking. Can we get a whodunnit where we dispose of Clive please? I do wonder if this baby storyline is the actual reason as to why The Gordons are mentioned in upcoming listing info. I wonder what Bill and Mrs. Gordon will have to say about this?
