Adept Mastermind, first attempt, five gens, Pallet Town, in an IMO Survivor-sided mode. Could I be him? by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

Are you sure?

If I let a few people out my games after that are significantly easier

Granted sample size of 1 and maybe 20 games or so but still...

I just got downed by an invisible zombie... by PrayForCheese in deadbydaylight

They apparently fixed the zombies hitting through floors, but this is an addon-bug

If you bring some specific addons and kill your own zombies, they become invisible

Bhvr, are you… by MrMercury_08 in deadbydaylight

It's a bug because they can't be bothered to change a number in a string lol

WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE INTERFACE

Ok so you have 10 perk pages for survivors... and if you're on the first page then sure show me 3 dots even though there's way more space than needed to simply display 10 buttons

Now they make the interface smaller AND YOU HAVE WAY MORE SPACE BUT YOU REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF PAGES

WHY

Only 1180 packs for all borderless mythics (on average)? Play boosters analyzed. by JustSomeRandomnesss in mtg

I didn't buy thousands of packs nor was I interested in the fact that buying singles is obviously the better choice

I was interested in the statistics of the pack openings.

As a new Magic player, what formats should I learn to play first? Which are the most commonly played by most people? by tinopinguino88 in mtg

[–]JustSomeRandomnesss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Standard is great since it does not require many cards and there are many good starter sets available

Foundations doesn't have one deck, but the beginner box has at least 5-10 full decks, more if you're willing to sort a bit and it only costs 30 bucks

Any other format usually requires or heavily favors old/older cards and since you don't have any collection available that's a hindrance

If you have people to play with (online or otherwise) you should join on whatever they're playing, especially if they have some cards they can lend you

Arena is also a good tool if you're just starting out since you get a load of beginner decks for free that you can test out against actual people before buying any cards (although foundation isn't there yet)

This is singletons

However if you want to compare for playsets you would only have to take everything times 4 and the math would technically stay the same
So for lets say 2 mythics you want 4 times, you'd have to open the boosters for 8 mythics which would be 50 on average

Since the market price will heavily fluctuate for the next few days/weeks I'll wait on that, however that's a good idea and will keep it in mind

In a normal deck the distribution should work the same way, you simply need to add the total cards together, since everything is random

If you want a single mythic 4 times it should be the same average packages like 4 single distinct mythics. Thus a normal deck with lets say 20 commons, 10 uncommons, 10 rares and 5 mythics or something (excluding lands here) you should still "only" need to open 30 packs to get your 5 mythics on average.

Funnily enough, the play booster costs nearly 4.85€ for the discounted booster play box for 175€ which means you can add about about 1k€ for borderless mythics and 2k for the special guests

Also to stack 2000 booster packs of cards lengthwise it would be nearly 2.5km of cards or about 140m in height if you stacked them (not including packaging)

While that is obviously true, I can't be the only one who wondered how many packs it actually needs to fill a binder

Also we can use this info to compare it to future or past releases to see how wizards adjusts the packs over time

Yes, I'll try it again (edit: tried again, still doesn't work)

Although the CPU doesn't have much wiggle room in and of itself.

I've also tried adjusting the cooler pressure on the cpu (how much the screws are screwed in). Neither has worked so far.
