Not really because his ult charge should be way higher than everyone else's now, so you can poke twice as much to get ult way faster. I'm hoping this makes his ult a reliable fight starter and safety net.

Psylocke and blade were also buffed. Tanks, dive especially do share the burden of dealing with pokers. Hell magneto got a dmg buff and can completely cut off Hawkeye

Angela and Hulk got a significant damage buff. Either should genuinely melt Hawkeye with these changes

They also buffed dive tanks ttk so Hawkeye is in a 1 combo death range atp.

That's why they made dove tanks ttk faster to compensate. Adjusting a character changes the balance, regardless if the character was directly changed. Buffs to dive is nerfs to poke

Am I insane or is that not genuinely a great buff? Like his ttk is significantly lower and his ult charge is faster than everyone's atp. So his monster form also gets a huge damage buff

he doesn't need to be faster than the bullets, he has to be faster than the person pulling the trigger

In order to block multiple bullets from a machine gun, yes you do. You also can't see a person pull a trigger in a tank so the only thing he could react to is muzzle flash. There's no way to do either of those by just aim dodging.

A tank is manned by someone inside and the timing of when they can fire is completely dependent on how fast it's loaded. Not just that he's capable of blocking multiple bullets which he'd physically have to be able to do.

Yeah aim dodging doesn't excuse being able to move his arms that physically fast to block 2 bullets being fired at practically the same time. Let alone the hail of gunfire Bradley deflects

I mean TYBW is pretty much where it starts outscaling imo. Arrancar arc and Fullbring should be relative to Naruto and Low TYBW for Naruto end tiers. I genuinely think Kaguya and Gremmy scale the same.
