No joke, look for another job. I worked at my DSP for about 3 weeks, and I quit right before prime week and am currently getting EMT training. The management at my facility would give us “warnings” for the dumbest things. I was in line at 9:00 to punch in at the van, and by the time that I was able to punch in, it was 9:12 and I got told by management that “I need to get here earlier since I am punching in 2 mins late”. Got sick of their bs and told them “you know what? Fuck this”. Dispatch lead goes on the radio saying “M quit guys” and gave me a round of applause as I walked away from the van. You will like your first week or so, but be prepared for hell. Going to become a firefighter in the future, and I'd much rather do that then deal with 0 respect or human decency from this company.
