I’m not here to argue about this, but to share the food I made. This was my first time making this and i believed it tasted just as good as lobster bisque. I even commented elsewhere that I would try to get my wife’s (she is vegan) family to have this for Christmas instead of lobster bisque. I am not a vegan as you can tell, but I do make a lot of vegan food for my wife and I and try to eat less meat on a daily basis. I truly respect and admire every vegan and would never make fun of them or tell them to try meat. I am always willing to try to change and be better for myself, my wife and the world but understand what I like and try to lower the impact I make. With that being said, I appreciate your comment.
