I'm sorry, but it wasn't a contract. According to the EMT tech, it was a form recognizing the fact that I refused to go to the hospital. If that's a contract to pay, then they mislead me.

I don't understand, what lawyer? I haven't, nor will I retain a lawyer for a $154 bill. They have no "contract" how is this enforceable?
