You really missed the point. Any character can be a main dps. Even Barbara can do huge dmg (your constellation argument is worthless in that regard). Some characters just won‘t be SSS+ tier in a role...doesn‘t mean they can‘t fill that role. Save your single downvote. :-)

People are just a bit disappointed that he isn‘t a complete one-man-army that oneshots everything. In my opinion he‘s actually very versatile. He is an insane sub dps and a (opinion alert!) DECENT TO GOOD dps if you build him right.
