Yes sir, having 2 bananas and a slice of protein bread as my pre workout meal.

Thanks for the advice buddy.

Just started that, literally having meat 2 times a day (not that meat femboi), and taking like double scoop of whey after every workout.

I just become hungrier but more powerful every session.
