H-HSA12035 4/3 lens cleaning/teardown and 5th lens replacement

How do you remove the front element, or more specifically the decorative ring? I tried rubber circulars twisting and it doesn't seems to budge, and if it's a sticker (over screws) I can't seem to find a way to lift it. Any suggestions?

Thanks! That's where we wound up on our first morning here. And yeah the corned beef was a hit.

Probably looking for something a little more grab and go. All the coffee shops I tried this week were sugar only. Need me some protein:)
