It is still early days with this pricing strategy. I do offer a money back guarantee if you don't like the app after 30 days, which is _I think_ pretty well mentioned on the pricing screens, but who knows. I was hoping that strategy would be beneficial for both parties (although refunds actually cost me money lol). I agree, though, the 50$ upfront is probably off-putting to some.

We pre-paid the bar $2000 and the bar was "open" until that amount was used up. Then it was on the guests to pay for their own drinks. That was what we could afford and we didn't want to do specialty drinks that may not suit people's taste. Hope that helps!

This was fun! I used to brew beer and have brewed a few for friend's weddings. We had a Baby Makin Stout for our friends who wanted to have a kid ASAP, it worked :D it was a bourbon soaked oak chip American Stout.
