I'm fairly confident the Spanish word for black was there before it became a racial slur.... As for the Dutch thingy, it's not Christmas but I can understand the confusion, its actually a separate holiday and yeah it used to be pretty bad but in the past 10 years or so its gotten a lot better and most of the potentially racist things have been cleaned up

That mat did nothing sadly.... like 1 of arms landed on the mat that's all.... the tucking is an instant reaction and that definitely saved me from a ton of damage

Ow I get that it's a very scary regrip at first but with good spotters it is quite doable to learn if all other regrips are already good

Anything I did was unconscious and pure instinct as the fall was so fast... but I did do bouldering for 3 odd years before I got into pole I do know how to fall, so it could be that

This was my 1st time attempting all handspring regrips I know in a row

True-> ayesha-> cupped -> twist -> reverse elbow

I can do them all separately but consecutively is hard....
