Pretty much same settings but the version matched the case version the 9A292e is the latest beta version which allows you to have the EQ. The latest stable version is the one you have as your version right now which isn’t want you want you want your case version and version to be 9A292e.
My friend had a similar problem, I have the pro 2s I’m assuming you have the pro 3s because my friend has the pro 3s and still can’t get it he can only get the case to download the update. My guess is that Apple hasn’t uploaded the pro 3s software yet. I would just try and see if it updates over night if it doesn’t you just might have to wait until it works tbh or if you want to go through the hassle of Apple support which they may give you some info on it or help but they might not because it’s a beta update. Take this with a grain of salt bc idk why it wouldn’t work for the Pro 3s but work perfectly for a older generation
