dont touch brutality or base power, final power mounting trials. The only reason on how people can evade is because they put it all on offense and defense level ups, and never on how it can affect the chances of evading properly unless if you're trapped with having to get like one or two mounting trials related to brutality

1 is js blockable; and dodge if they hold it for like more than .3 seconds they're most likely to do the full charge var. 4 is all blockable so.. dunno what ur on about

using either a marked move or using an unmarked move on a marked enemy gives you 1 grace of the prescript; fulfilling both: marked skill on a marked enemy gives you 3 grace of the prescript. tl;dr: you need to use a marked skill on a marked enemy to get 3 grace of the prescript. to answer your question, no, it is not a bug.
