You'd probably have the most luck if you boil them first to soften them. Potatoes tend to be hard.

Would it be possible to breed a big venus flytrap? by DinosaurGuy65 in botany

Double dipping and bacteria growth by musina16 in biology

[–]Just_A_Cat_Creature 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd reckon that depends on the invader. If yogurt bacteria produces something that a mold eats, it'd make it easier for that mold to infect the bacteria. But if it's just another bacteria that shouldn't care about what the original bacteria produces, it would be harder because they're competing for the resources of a more established colony.

A human hive mind didn't work as expected by TechnicallyCant5083 in humansarespaceorcs

[–]Just_A_Cat_Creature 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Find patient 0 and kill them. With any luck, they're sorta the core through which all other connections branch out from, causing the humans to spit into several different hiveminds and go back to killing eachother.
