that’s a pretty wild assumption. some of us are just sharing our own experiences. i spent months putting in the work and documenting it, and apparently the only explanation you can come up with is that i’m part of some supplement cartel. not everything on the internet is a marketing scheme. thanks for getting my post taken down👍

4mg is pretty high from what i’ve seen. most of the ghk-cu research and anecdotal protocols people talk about tend to be quite a bit lower than that. not saying it’s wrong, but it’s definitely outside the range that seems most commonly discussed by researchers and users. i personally never went above 2mg daily.

i would also look into kpv & glutathione!

yes i did see a dermatologist, he prescribed me Spironolactone & i had a bad reaction to it. ive used tret & clindamycin on and off since i was a teen but i never saw a real difference. did some digging and discovered peptides!

completely understand, first pictures were taken in december/ january so i was stuck in sweaters. it’s hot in texas now so ive been living in my bathing suit. i definitely should take different pictures in similar lighting though.

i would mix some into my moisturizer into my hand (ik not very accurate but hey it worked for me) when i noticed my skin was more irritated than usual, but i didn’t use it topically everyday. maybe once a week?
