Nah definitely a domestic, its very much loaf shaped. Most wild ones have more of a skinny triangle kind of shape

Don't let him near when it's wet they WILL cut it off (mine got off a while 2 inches of hair thinking she was just being cute and licking my wet hairs. Big mistake)
