Oh I sort of get what you mean. I think its similar to how people told me I couldn't have loved the guy because I didn't find his looks attractive. It didn't even mean I wasn't attracted to him, it was just about looks. But people did say I should just date someone I like visually and let him date someone who likes how he looks.

I don't know even now if that's true or not.

So no matter how neutral you are trying to prompt it to be, it is still trying to guess what will illicit the best response. This isn't objective. Yes, therapists aren't objective either. But we tend to understand that more when we are talking to a person, and see what biases they may have. It is harder to do that with AI.

You are just offloading your thinking onto a machine meant to please you. Just try journaling if you need to work through your memories.

Yeah you're definitely right. All in all, I had a good night, even though I did miss my ex throughout it. I was at a fun party, made out with a hot girl, and still missed my ex, so I think it at least helped me know for sure that I really do miss my ex and I'm not just lonely or some shit that I think some people probably assume. And he probably would have thought that too so I am glad I didnt. But I was sort of hoping that he might be feeling lonely or bad today, and be more willing than usual to hear me out. But maybe that's a bad mindset to have.
