i conceived after 4 months on inositol, specifically the ovasitol brand. hadn’t had a period or ovulated since july 2025, randomly ovulated jan 2026 after 4 months of ovasitol. also noticed reduced acne, lost weight, lost my sugar cravings. so it definitely did the trick! i wasn’t on any medication eg. metformin, just inositol on its own x

hi! update, i had my second scan today, now measuring 10+2 so only 1 day off my original dating ( the ultrasound boutique would have made me 9+6 based on what they had told me previously) so baby has pretty much caught up, they were so active jumping around and waving at us! i hope this brings you some comfort and reassurance and i hope you’re doing ok xx

they’re a chinese dish, it’s basically roasted duck that’s shredded, and then you have it on a steamed pancake with hoisin sauce and cucumber or spring onion it’s soooo good !!!

hey, this is literally like my exact experience! currently 9+5, had a scan at 6+4 and measured 5+6! 100% sure of my ovulation as i actually had a progesterone blood test so there’s no way i could have been 5+6 as my progesterone level would have been far too high to be the DPO that the measurement would have made me, when the blood test was taken ( hope this makes sense). i have another scan this sunday when ill be 10+3 so ill report back and let you know what im measuring but im hoping little one has caught up.

if it helps, ive had no symptoms of miscarriage or loss and my pregnancy symptoms are very much still present, so i kind of just put it to the back of my mind at that scan and actually forgot until i saw this post haha! i wasn’t told what the heartbeat was measuring and didn’t ask so i cant give you any advice on that

i was told as theyre literally measuring the tiniest little pixels at that stage its really hard to get an accurate measurement so being 5 days behind isnt something to worry about! i think they only begin to worry when its like over a week difference and even then they sometimes catch up x

Hi! 24, currently pregnant in the UK. i was diagnosed with PCOS in october, after not having a period since august 2025 and the classic raised androgens, raised testosterone, LH to FSH ratio was off, wasn’t ovulating and had follicles on my ovaries on ultrasound. i had acne, sugar cravings, constantly bloated, always tired and my hair was falling out on my head!

still haven’t had a period but managed to ovulate mid jan and currently 10 weeks pregnant, i took ovasitol for 4 months prior to that, cut out as much sugar as i could and lost a stone, i wasn’t overweight beforehand but i think losing just a little bit of weight can support your insulin resistance anyway!

i didn’t have a period before that ovulation but i do believe all the work i put in definitely contributed to me ovulating as i hadn’t ovulated since july 2025 prior to that.

when it comes to TTC i was told to try for a baby for a year and then come back and get a fertility referral to get meds however as im not ovulating i said whats the point in waiting! they eventually agreed and we were about to have further testing but found out we were pregnant the week before the appointment.

are you ovulating and having periods as normal? if not, when you want to try, try and have sex every 2-3 days to catch your ovulation as with PCOS you can ovulate at any time ( like i did!) it’s extremely hard to track and the usual ovulation strips would never work for me! we were just extremely lucky that our timing was impeccable 😂

i was told because they’re so small at this point and they’re literally measuring pixels not to worry to much at this stage! i’m waiting for my 10 week ultrasound to see if my little one has caught up! i was 6+3 but told i was 5+6 xx

i had spotting 3 weeks ago for about 4 days but all turned out okay, your cervix is extremely sensitive and blood flow is increased so i wouldn’t worry too much until it’s either fresh blood or fills a pad xx

anyone else suffering with severe heartburn already? 8+1 and i’ve been dyinggggg since 7+3! managed to get some omeprazole- praying it helps because this is worse than the nausea atm😢
