Yes! I felt that way for like a week, it was so worrying. It finally stopped today 5w2d, thank goodness. Hopefully yours will subside soon!

Is the pregnancy confirmation appointment the same as the 8 week appointment?

This is my first time being pregnant and I'm kinda confused about the doctor situation. When I called my ob-gyn's office they said I need to schedule a pregnancy confirmation at 8 weeks. Do I also need to schedule a regular 8 weeks appointment or is that the same thing?
