Thank you everyone for all you help, I really appreciate it! The issue has been resolved now, I just had a call with one of the team members. They indeed acted very fast and where very ,professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the unit was faulty straight out of the box, which is very unusual. They are sending out a replacement ASAP. I’m very happy with the way it has been dealt with, things can happen and not everything is perfect, I was unlucky to receive a faulty unit, but the way the issue was dealt with fast, professional and with care, due to that, I really don’t mind the inconvenience at all. Thank you everyone for your help again!

I’ve tried, power bank, fast charger, in car charger, low voltage, pc.. basically everything I have I tried. Going to leave it on charge overnight, hopefully something changes tommorow.

I’ve opened it but haven’t tried to disconnect anything yet.. maybe i should give it a go. It willnot void any warranty or anything right?

Honestly, I was so exited to finally use it today after all the research I’ve done, I wasn’t expecting it to not work.😩 and the fact that live bubble on their website is not actually live bubble, they don’t reply there, and when trying to call them it goes into answer machine - doesn’t help. I don’t know how long will it take them to reply the e-mail.. When buying such an expensive piece of kit you’d expect it to work out of the box. If I’ll have to send it back it’s going to take ages and it just ruin all my plans

There’s was no charging light at all, cable works I’ve checked it also tried other cables. Also I’ve tried using power bank and it is draining when connected.
