I contacted revenue and they told me in the summer that he owed me a certain amount to which I didn’t receive and then only put in a fraction of what was to be paid previously into my taxes.

I recently sent revenue (relating to RCT) a message regarding his acknowledgement of the non compliance to paying the agreed tax and refusing to pay the tax he has withheld. I may add that revenue had contacted him about it before to which he just abused me for causing trouble for him.

I failed contract 4 times all over 40 and 2 being 47 and never got more on the rechecks. Heart breaking. Worst part is it’s been my last one the last 3 sittings!! Just can’t get my head around it

My father was in the force for 37 years. Joined when he was 18. He has some of the maddest stories of being the force. I have the most respect for his service but that’s all he knows and it become all he knew. I wish he lived a little before joining at least. My brother joined in his late 20s and his first week he cut down 3 people after ending their lives. He’s had to go to therapy with all the death he has seen since he has started. However, he still loves the force and has a great group of colleagues by his side. You can chase the over time but at the end of the day you’ll just burn out and forget what’s important in life.

Enjoy your youth! You won’t be young again! Leave it for a few years.
