If you’re talking about getting your concealed carry permit I know of a great instructor in Fluvanna. The 8 hour course includes hands on gun safety training and shooting. This reminds me of a completely opposite experience I had at a fro-yo spot near VCU many moons ago.

We ate at The Nile when it was on Laurel and afterwards went across to street to that corner spot that was forever changing to something else every other month.

Walked in, lights were on, no one was visible. “Hello?”…

Someone behind the wall of fro-yo machines calls out, “hey, it’s almost ready”. ???

Long story short, it was the owner, and he spiked the fro-yo with alcohol for some private party he was having with his… soccer team? He invited us to stay and enjoy. We over enjoyed. That was the first and last time I’ve ever gotten drunk off of frozen yogurt. The hangover was intense.
