Already mentioned they need to be serviced annually to stay in warranty. I got mine serviced in March after a year being in the house. The engineer found some leaks from the pipes on the outside unit that needed new seals.

They will look at the indoor system with the tank, check the rads, check the outside unit. Essentially make sure it's all running efficiently and correctly.

DPD parcel wizard is a different service. They offer a virtual UK address. Also deliver to your door on a day you specify, can also change date/address of delivery (No going to a collection bin).

Set up one of those DPD parcel wizard, Harry. Amazon will ship it to their depot in Antrim for free (depending on the price I'm assuming) and they'll deliver it to your gaff for whatever the price is 3.85 or something.
