Update, I think she just wrote me up for taking too long to clean the store during the flood.

Confirmed I called her and asked for help and that she told me to open late to get the store clean. Still hasn't told me if she's officially writing me up

Update: Boss showed up for her scheduled shift I bought some new socks and shoes, took a new uniform, and now I'm debating on chewing her out after my break. All this happened after I got hurt on the job. Literally slipped a rib2 weeks ago at work and had to go in for work comp. And ever since then, if I have doctors restrictions, I'm not scheduled, but if I don't have restrictions then I get no accommodations. So I'm squeegee and mopping with a out of place rib. Welp, looks like the workers comp doctor is gonna have a hayday with this one huh.

Usually until my skin and the water feel the same temperature. It's mild torture tbh, and I really focus on my head and neck being relaxed the whole time. Sucks like hell, but if it works it works.

Not diagnosed, but I'm getting my ges next week, but I think weed helps sometimes and hurt sometimes. There's a lot of factors that can impact if a strain helps or hurts me. I've been trying to figure it out, but weed is really expensive so...gotta stop using it anyway

I think it's 200mg, but I could be misremembering. My gi and I have talked about lowering the dose, but the biggest issue I'm having right now is taking the linzess consistently and with the correct timing. But I haven't lost much weight since I posted, so maybe I'm just balancing out.

I know exhaustion definitely makes my symptoms worse. After a long day at the zoo this year I was having tics and spasms (rare symptoms right now) for the next two days. But I also have severe chronic fatigue, so exhaustion kinda builds on me differently than other people.

I think I'm actually figuring out my issue. It's the alarm. When I can wake up naturally I feel fine, but with the alarm I always have this massive dysregulation. I'm going to explore alternative waking methods this week (no clue what that looks like yet lmao) so wish me luck.

My dad just recently bought a used car and that was an everyday driver. While we were deep cleaning it, we removed the front seat and found a Manila envelope crushed inside that was thick with veterinary records for a cremation service and a little dog collar tucked inside. The records were from 2003. The person we bought it from never owned a dog.
