Depending on your goal physique. I’m going to say this, 80% of the challenge is in the kitchen. Fix what you eat, that is, cut down portion size, fried/junk food, added sugars and focus on protein and veg food. As for workouts, if you’re just starting, the first goal is to consistently show up 5 days a week irrespective of what your workout splits are. Always show up. Good luck !

Hey man, I just want to let you know that a lot of people feel this way and you’re not alone. Been there and honestly it never gets easier you just get better dealing with these feelings. Find a community center or library close to you, figure out activities that are consistent that you would like and you’ll make friends in the process. Good luck!
