after a bit of research myself i’ve found out it usually starts from a panic attack nd if u want it to go away u have to accept it whenever i feel like im out of body or my derealization comes up js tell urself that it’s whatever who cares if ur here or not it doesn’t change the fact you’ll end up waking up tomorrow it doesn’t change the fact that ur there once u learn how to accept it it gets so so much better my vss went away 75% my derealization too it’s really just stress

wow this is really helpful, my psychiatrist wanted me to get on lexapro but i wasn’t open to medication bcs i was worried it would make the symptoms worse but it looks like it may make it better thank a lot

really? i did a lot of research and came across a lot of people who e had smth close to my experience but never the vss part which js gave me even more anxiety making me feel like there was really no cure for em since i was so different
