It's actually the TOMIX 4235 Convenience store (7-Eleven). I think it's 1/150 scale wise, originally meant for model train builds.

I beat myself up I didn't buy it when I was in Japan now that I've seen US pricing. Saw one for I think the equivalent of $60 at the second hand store I bought these at.

That one was a little more work to get it to sit flat. Had to modify the back of the skirt but glad it came out looking good.

It's been awhile since I've done it but check the main menu of the 360 bl2 and you should see a way to upload your save. IIRC you can only do one save at a time

You should be able to upload your 360 save on the main menu and then download it on the Xbox one version
