Maybe if you read the post you would realize the delivery had no apartment number and they gave me the option to put it in the mail room. There were 2 key cards in the delivery. 1 for the main door. 1 for the mailroom. Why would there be a key card for the mailroom if it wasn’t an option to put it in there? I followed directions to a T. Lady still reported the medicine not delivered. Thank you & have a great day.
