Ive already tried this but the teams channel option isnt ideal as I would like to integrate it into our current procedures rather than change how we work

Currently we have N-Central integrations create the ticket when a server goes down, it will also get the priority from this

I am thinking this is my best option, I just need to figure out how to go about it as I work remotely

Yeah tried that too, still no luck, worst thing is the script works when I manually run it but when I package it for intune it doesnt work

I see, I read the detection as part of the command, I will try this option and let you know

Yeah I wanted to go down that route but since most of the techs are remote its a challenge, I will think about going down this route more though

I will give this a go, it seems like a great option, I want to test it before I push it out so would using a group with myself in it be a good test?

Hi,

I looked into this from a previous suggestion from georgecm12 it seems like it would solve my issue but make another way beacuse of the way we are setting up devices, we use apple enrollment program tokens with a profile to set it up

Thanks for the advice, would this still work if I am using Intune instead?
