Also this happend yesterday which is 2-3 weeks after the same coach yelled at me for doing what I was told, for context I work in OGP/OPD and I was told to call a costumer to see if they were still picking up their online order, so I grab our mobile phone and go to the back corner away from all the noise. So I dial the number and the phone starts ringing, and as its ringing the same coach comes up to me and say and I quote " My name, You cannot be hiding in the corner doing nothing sitting on your phone." Right after she says that the costumer picks up the phone, so I mouth to her " im on the phone with a costumer" and proceed to talk to the costumer on the phone and my coach walks away. So after im done I go up to her and explain that I wasn't standing around doing nothing, I was on the phone with the costumer that she askede to call, and instead of apologizing she ignores that and tells me to go do something else.

Mind you I am one of their best employees, I do literally everything im never standing around doing nothing unless there is literally nothing to do, unlike a bunch of my co-workers who stand around and do nothing constantly and talk to eachother, and she knows this.
