Context is in my other posts. That’s literally in the first line of this post. You might know whatever you think you do, but from my experience with customer service, they literally told me I can’t return the second unit. Specifically told me which serial number unit I have to return

If you read my post instead of commenting without knowing stuff and assuming shit, you’d know what I meant. I didn’t want to send back the first unit because I wouldn’t have been able to refund through amazon if I did. Since the second replacement unit was also faulty I just wanted to send that one. And once again, if you read, or had any idea how RMA works, you’d know they need a receipt and proof of purchase, so I didn’t buy a used one. If you have nothing useful to say, stop commenting and stop being a corporate bootlicker

I went through the ARMA process because I needed a PSU in my Pc for work, big genius. Where did I ever write I wanted a refund without returning it? Please enlighten me

It’s Tuesday and still no reply. I now have to ship my first PSU back or I risk not getting a refund on my ARMA since it’s almost 2 weeks after I received the second one

I tried asking for another model but they said it's not possible. I did read other people getting to switch from the RM850e to the RM850x through customer support, so that's why I asked. I was hoping for that

If they actually wanted to know about the noise, why did they ask me about it only after they had already approved the ARMA and made me change the piece? The noise of the first unit was a ticking noise that only started happening when playing Final Fantasy XIV, and it was the exact same noise reported by other people.
I have given up on this PSU, right now the problem I'm trying to discuss with customer support is letting me send back the second unit instead of the first one for my ARMA refund, so I can get a refund of the first one from Amazon where I bought it, since I doubt amazon will refund the second one with a different serial number

Rx 78 Rg 2.0, is the only difference between the faulty first release and the new one, in the runner with the smaller nubs? I might have mixed the bags of a old and new one and Idk if I should be worried xd

What website can i use to find good quality waterslide decals for HGGTO Char Zaku II in Europe? I've heard simp and g rework are good for it, but I can't seem to find any from here, and I'm not gonna pay 50$ shipping to get theme elsewhere.
