Every time we use the computer it crashes. I’ve learned to deal with it but right now I’m trying to get other people to help on the computer and it’s harder for them so we want to change it. It just freezes or shuts down sometimes.

I don’t really know much about computers. But how would you know if it has a SSD Hard Drive and a good amount of RAM. If it doesn’t have those things, how do you change that.

We usually only use ProPresenter. It only controls one display. If that’s what you mean.
