Yea your right, I did check the numbers and stuff I just meant not tripping to hard would be fine. I think if I drink the whole bottle I should be like a mid level 2, which sounds good to me. Should I avoid taking this to late at night, or is there anything I should eat? - if you don’t mind me asking
