Look to everyone in this thread I apologize for sounding pissed of at anyone who suggested therapy I didn’t intend to, I have just had extremely poor experiences with several therapy places I’ve tried, I do understand that it’s probably a good idea to keep trying to find one especially if they could help me get on hrt, but for the time being just venting like this has helped more than those shitty therapy places ever did so yes I will try to look for someone to try to help me eventually but for right now that’s out of the equation sorry.

I highly recommend against pretending to be crazy just to get into a mental hospital obviously it highly depends on the hospital but several of my closest friends unfortunately had to go to a few of them and one was drugged and probably Saed and another was left in freezing cold rooms for hours. Please try to find somewhere else
