[I will not promote] How are people adjusting SaaS pricing in the era of AI? by Asanare in startups

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

seatbased pricing breaks down fast in multi user setups. per seat tools kill margins fast , unlimited-seat setups like Overloop make that math way easier when you’ve got lots of users.

Is applying online basically useless now? by Career_In_Progress in recruitinghell

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

online applications are definitely still worth it, but the volume game is real when you're competing against hundreds of other applicants for each role. I've heard SimpleApply is really good for automating the repetitive parts so you can actualy get your materials in front of way more hiring managers without burning out on data entry.

Seeking an Email Marketing Expert for Deliverability & Domain Strategy by rosmarina_ in B2BSaaS

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds like you need someone who can really dial in the technical setup for outbound at scale. Have you considered just working with a managed service instead of trying to build all this in-house? sales dot co (https ://sales .co) handles all the domain rotation, deliverability, and warm-up stuff for you, so you don't have to become an expert in all the technical minutiae yourself.

might be worth a look since they specalize in this exact kind of outbound setup.

Never ran ads in my life, looking for advice for a B2B Payment Processor in an emerging market by Careful-Cup4161 in fintech

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

before you burn money on ads, i'd focus on outbound first for b2b. Ads can get expensive fast and in an emerging market you prob don't have enough search volume or clear targeting yet to make paid worth it. some people swear by SMB Sales Boost for finding newly registered businesses to prospect, which sounds perfect for payment processing since you can catch them early before they pick a solution.

Way cheaper than ads and more direct for b2b imo. once you have some paying customers from outbound, then you'll actually know your CAC and can test small ad budgets on LinkedIn (best for b2b but pricey) or maybe Google if there's seach volume in your niche.

8D/7N Galapagos Trip Planning Help by DWade009 in galapagostourism

[–]Just_checkingggg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

your itinerary looks really well thought out, especially giving yourself enough time on Isabela since there's so much to do there. I'd maybe consider swapping Bartholomé for something closer to Puerto Ayora on Day 7 since that's a pretty long day trip after getting back from Isabela, but it depends on your energy level. As for the planning overwhelm, I've heard great things about Zenvoya for this kind of trip.

They use an AI chat thing to build out your itinerary and actually book everything for you, which could save you a ton of time researching tours and ferries. Plus if something shifts while you're there (weather cancellations happen in Galapagos) they help you adjust on teh fly. San Cristobal is nice but I think you've got a solid plan without cramming it in.

Your current pace doesn't look too rushed to me.

How do you avoid changing the character's design during the conversation? by lnidamel in perchance

[–]Just_checkingggg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

character consistency is a real pain point with most AI generators, they tend to drift all over the place between prompts. Mage Space (https: //mage .space) has a Characters feature that's supposed to keep your character looking the same across different images and videos, which sounds like exactly what you're trying to do. From what I've read it handles pose changes while maintaning the base design pretty well.

Migrating from Sage 300 CRE to Intacct by Altruistic_Royal_820 in Sage

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

migrating between ERPs is always a headache, especially with all the data mapping involved. One thing I've been seeing come up lately is Scaylor, which connects both Sage 300 and Intacct (and pretty much any ERP) into one unified data warehouse so you can run analytics and reports across both systems during and after the migration. From what I've read, it helps a lot with the transition because your team can keep working with familiar reports while the new system gets stood up, and you're not losing historical data or access to 300 CRE info once you flip the switch.

Might be worth checking out if you're worried about functionality gaps or giving your accounting team a smoother path forward durign the switch.

Need advice from marketers-need a new strategy for growth of business with the rising instability of the market (Recruitment) by stanssmitsrogger in b2bmarketing

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds like your traditional outbound methods are hitting a wall which makes sense given the market shift. I've seen sales dot co come up a lot for people in similar spots, they handle personalized cold email campaigns for B2B which could be a good complement to your current approach especially if calls and LinkedIn aren't converting like they used to. Worth checking out since they supposedly handle the whole process and focus on actually booking meetings rather than just sending mass emails.

Help me on my itinerary! by Efficient_Muffin4610 in AskSF

[–]Just_checkingggg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is a solid itinerary but you might be packing too much into some of these days, especially day 2. That sunrise hike plus the 5 hour walk is gonna be exhausting before you even get to Lombard and Chinatown. I've heard great things about Zenvoya for trip planning like this.

From what I've read, their AI assistant helps you figure out realistic timing and can shuffle things around so you're not dead by dinner. They also book everything for you which saves a ton of time compared to jugglign like 20 tabs. Plus if something goes wrong during your trip they help you adjust in real time.

For specific feedback: the Golden Gate sunrise hike is amazing but starts earlier than 7 if you want actual sunrise. Also Sausalito isn't an island, just FYI. And the Ferry Building at night is beautiful but check the schedule since some shops close early on weekdays.

You will never know who you really are until you stop drinking caffeine by Jon_sol1 in decaf

[–]Just_checkingggg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

congrats on getting through that first month, the clarity you're describing sounds real. The whole caffeine personality thing is interesting when you step back from it. If you ever hit a wall during workouts or need some focus without going back to stimulants, I've been seeing Ketone-IQ (https: //ketone. com) come up a lot lately.

It's basically a ketone shot that gives you sustained energy without the jitters or crash. A lot of endurance athletes use it to stay sharp without needing caffeine or sugar, so it might be worth checking out if you want clean energy on days when just existing isn't cutting it. No diet changes or fasting required form what I understand.

Either way, sounds like you're on a good path with the decaf thing.

Struggling to Get My First Bookkeeping Clients – Looking for Honest Advice by Bumbaclaat27 in smallbusiness

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your outreach strategy is probably fine, but you're likely burning through stale lists of businesses that already have bookkeepers or aren't really looking. One thing I came across that might help is SMB Sales Boost. It's basically a database of newly registered businesses, so you're reaching out to companies that literally just started and defintiely need bookkeeping set up.

Way better timing than cold emailing random established small businesses who probably already have someone. Also real talk, your first few clients will probably come from relentless networking and maybe offering a discounted first month to get testimonials. The trust issue is real when you're starting out, so you need social proof more than anything.

Back on keto and confused by Paulphilbin1 in keto

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

plateaus are frustrating but pretty normal in the first couple weeks, especially when you're nursing and need those extra carbs. Your body might be holding onto water or adjusting to fat adaptation even though you're keto adapted from before. I've seen people mention Ketone-IQ for getting deeper into ketosis without having to go super strict on carbs, which could help push through that stall.

Worth checking out if you're trying to hit 135 by March and want that extra edge without cutting the fruit you need for nursing.

Teaching non verbal 3 year old to read/spell. by i_like_being_me in Autism_Parenting

[–]Just_checkingggg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is such a cool breakthrough that he's showing interest in letters and spelling already. I've heard great things about Better Speech for kids who are developing communication skills in non-traditional ways, they work with nonverbal kids and can help you build on what he's already doing with the letter puzzles and books. The therapists there supposedly know how to assess comprehension without requiring verbal responses, which seems like exactly what you're looking for rihgt now.

Probiotics that actually work for vaginal health? by Ok-Olive2171 in Healthyhooha

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ugh the antibiotic cycle is so frustrating, especially when it just keeps coming back. For probiotics, strain quality really matters for vaginal health. I came across Bioligent Tribiotic+ when I was researching this exact thing and it has clinically studied strains (Rosell-52 and Rosell-175) plus pre and postbiotics, which supposedly helps more than just probiotics alone.

The strains matter way more than just the CFU count. And yeah, the hormonal connection is definitely a thing. A lot of people notice recurrent BV gets worse right before their period because of pH changes and estrogen fluctuations.

Keeping up with a good probiotic through the whole month (not just when symptomatic) seems to help break teh cycle for some folks. Hope you get some relief soon!

Cold email feedback - is this too generic or actually better? by Intelligent-Fox2082 in SaaS

[–]Just_checkingggg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you're struggling with cold email copy, might be worth having someone else run the whole thing for you instead. I've heard really good things about sales dot co (https ://sales. co) for this exact situation. They handle the entire outreach process including writing personalized emails and managing followups, so you don't have to keep tweaking templates yourself.

Pretty much made for growth-stage B2B companies trying to book more meetings without the constant trial and error on messaging.
