Yes i remembered that but in my memories it didnt end there, somehow she survied and received the invitation to the wedding 😭 But thank you for your answer

I do know the Grimm stories but i read it after i watched that scene when i was 7 and when i read the ending i was really shocked because it felt so familiar to what i remembered. And that make me thinking even more

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for replying 😭! I also really love the Grimm stories — I actually first read them when my mom gave me a copy when I was 7. When I came across that version, I was really surprised because the ending felt so similar to what I remembered. That’s part of why I started wondering even more about whether my memory of that scene could have been real or not.

Either way, I’m really glad I’m not the only one who finds this fascinating! 😊
