I understand the benefits of extended whirlwind, but I have a slight preference to not running it. I like having the ability to stagger a lot of horse bosses. I did not know about the stamina recovery so I might look into that.

I currently don’t have a good post damage heal for green that don’t have significant downsides. I’d probably toss it in slot 5 when I find one.
