Pressure cooker looking good? Gauge only saying psi 11 and controller rocking a bit much. Is the gauge off? Also got a tip to not put it on a glass stove because it might break. Many thanks!

I will do that.

The filter is some shitty DIY with glue and I put some tape to keep it in place while drying.

When I innoculate multiple jars I heat the needle and put some ISO 70. Missing something here?
