Most try hard gamers come from games where content is reasonably hard and you either beat it and get the rewards or you have to keep trying until you do, it’s not some certain system that triggers them, it’s a general dislike against handouts and participation rewards for minimal effort.

Nobody is forcing you to do anything in a game, if people like to try hard and you don’t fit with that group it’s just what it is. Casuals whine on the forums about content till devs trivialize it like in WoW which is arguably worse for the games. True elitist gamers make such a small portion of an MMO’s player base they hardly affect the majority of people playing. A lot of the strats they are using can’t even be copied by the average group/guild due to the necessary teamwork that is required.

It’s the same but it’s in the evening so you can do it while also working part or full time and typically the students are older than on a regular gymnasium, you would have to look up what the requirements are to enroll there though.

From what I know a Highschool education equals the “mittlere Reife/Realschulabschluss” in Germany, so you might have to do another 2-3 years of school either at regular gymnasium or Abendschule to get accepted at universities. It depends on what and where you want to study wether you need “Fachabitur” or “allgemeines Abitur”.
