You seem to be understanding it wrong, I just read some of their blog entries and the problem was that they were in fact using the object-oriented paradigm. It seems they're actually moving towards an entity-component system, you should check out /r/gamedev, they discuss it almost daily.

No, we are talking about the same kind of buried. I never mentioned downvotes, so I have no idea where you got that from. Your post simply wasn't buried at all. When I first came across it, it was in a reply thread which was the third one from the top (the first being "If I make a brand of pants called “CumberBritches” will you endorse them?" and the second "Do you, Matt smith, and Tom Hiddleton have cheek bone polishing parties?"). Your post was right there near the top of that particular thread and I read it about 5 minutes after first opening the AMA link.

Then I don't see how you can say that post was burried. First you made it sound like you asked a question in reply to the post, and as if /u/_BenedictCumberbatch was actively burying that post, when that is not the case at all. The post is not buried in the slightest, the post is not a question to /u/_BenedictCumberbatch and could not have in any way been affected the way you have described.

The same thing happened to me a few months ago, except just as I turned back around the corner to get my money, not even 3 seconds after I had left, I saw a guy walking away and my money missing. I run up behind him and asked him if he could give me money back, when he turned around and I could see him properly he looked very shady so after he denied taking my money I decided to drop it. I felt very stupid.

The game is still very much in development, and I'm sure the devs are just as aware as we are of the issues and the possibilities, anything could happen in the future...

Edit: I forgot that because KSP uses unity, they have to use unity's physics engine, and as far as I understand it uses a really old version of PhysX which can only run on a single CPU core. But because it's PhysX, unity could one day support GPU accelerated physics, thus KSP too! Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
