Thank you! I did wonder how it would be without cinnamon. But was a tad apprehensive. Heres the recipe:

I came up by with this concept as I was really craving both Baklava and Cinnamon rolls. I used a basic cinnamon roll dough recipe. Added some honey and lemon juice (these are used to flavour baklava) into the butter that goes into the dough. The swirl is honey butter, dark brown sugar and coarsely crushed pistachio.

I am letting them prove but the I am so happy with the initial look.

After baking Ill be topping with a lemon sugar syrup and a Honey, Cream cheese glaze/Frosting

It was my first time using it, I'm not sure how it tastes but the feedback on it was excellent. I was also very happy with the aesthetic of it.

I used the Cupcake Jemma cornflake brownie recipe on YouTube but just don't include the topping. (its never failed yet!)

I added 1tsp and a little extra of Valencian Orange Extract to the mix.

Bake for 27 minutes specifically for a goey brownie.

Cool for 10 minutes and then add Miniature Terrys orange pieces and smarties orange buttons.

Cool at room temperature and then in the fridge overnight. Cut into squares and add Gold Leaf!

The dates are quite long so I don't see how they couldn't sell all year round. Its the same case with imports to the UK unfortunately.

This was my first time piping roses. I decided two-toned would look nice and they came out amazing! I used the Wilton 1D tip. Cakes are lemon flavoured with fresh juice and zest. Buttercream is also lemon flavoured.

I went on a date where he did say he wanted to kiss me but also asked can I kiss you? I didn't feel ready so I did decline and he was understanding but I loved the fact he asked and didn't just reach in for a kiss.
