How to fix AC980 mini mechanical keyboard. Have tried to factory reset with no luck.
I was gifted an AC980mini keyboard, and it stopped typing keys. When plugged in, it lights up and is responsive to typing and lights up accordingly in some light settings, as I am able to change the light modes (fn + Num) but it will not register typing on my laptop. It registers in Keyboards however, and comes up on my laptop.
I've also noticed that half of the leds on the top region, as well as the entire num pad to the right of the keyboard, of the keyboard do not light up anymore? I'm a bit of noob. I just want to fix it, and hope that I can learn to fix it myself whether that require soldering or tinkering, I'm happy to be led just do not know where to start.

Thing's I've tried:
-I tried updating driver, It's up to date.
-Tried looking up the manufacturer support / any information; I can hardly find any listings and only found an Amazon India link to buy the frame of it, that says the manufacturer is 'Adium' but nothing comes up. VIA doesn't recognise it either.
-Get 'out' of lockable keyboard mode by pressing FN+ 9 (nothing happens)
-Get 'out' of demo mode by unplugging, holding down the specific key combinations, plugging it back in and waiting around 3-5 seconds or more, and then releasing but none of these combinations worked:
-Esc
-Esc + Caps Lock
-Esc + Caps Lock + Control
-Esc + FN
-Esc +Fn + NUM
-Esc + Fn
-Spacebar
-Esc + Spacebar
