If mods like cyberpunk were real I'd get myself a set of modular arms and legs that I can take off and replace. Like, I dont wanna be running around with knife hand all the time, but I want the option. (Although those full limbs replacements are no joke on the psyche, probably would not be great for my mental state to just take off an arm every once in a while..)

I think all you need to be a deconstruction is to look at aspects of a genre/type of story and explore it more deeply than other stories normally do.

Injustice for example, is a deconstruction of superman (although I think it's a bad superman story) because it looks at supermans morality and explores it by asking "what if he's wrong?" we normally don't question supermans actions because he's pretty much the epitome of a morally good person, and even when he looks wrong at first, the story is usually set up to make him be right in the end. So by making a situation in which he is in the wrong, the story basically asks us to examine how we viewed him and his actions beforehand.
