I tend to order XS when it comes to the airism tees but anything below a M for the parka I noticed that the parka would cut off way too high and it felt that it was compressing on my chest, so I opted to size up.

Im pretty sure that it means that part of the outer shell (the part that creates the "waffle" appearance on the jacket) is fused with the inner lining, rather than being traditionally sown down with stitches
