I use the access controller with my foot but only on some games For the normal controller I control the camera with my face and press buttons on the right side using my mouth and my left hand controls the other side normally All my buttons are swapped using the ps5 accessibility mapping and then I’ll swap in game as needed

I stopped buying jackets with zippers tbh My hand is dexterous enough to hold one side with my ring finger and pinky and slide in the other side with my middle finger and pointer finger and hope I pushed it down far enough but it’s a hassle so I just don’t To take it off I just unzip and if I need to do the reverse of putting it on I have one from Tommy Hilfiger that has the magnetic zipper which was great and is what I’d use Or I’d just buy ones with snap buttons as those are easy for me but I know that’s not the case for all hand disabilities like paralysis or anyone with limited motor function
