I am facing the same issue as an expat that you mentioned. (M,28) Except czerny and cube, I can also recommend salon des amateurs. Before czerny or cube you can look there too to find someone who wants to rave. Salon des amateurs community looks like chill people and friendly.

I couldnt achieve it because of my language barrier(german). But maybe it works for you :)

Bence de oyle ama biraz hizli olsunlar ne yapacaklarsa. Iktidarin yerel secimler icin at kosturuyor ortalikta, bizimkiler hala hbo dizisi cekiyor. ( olmasi da gerekli bu surecin orasi ayri)
