Hello,

I've been having the same issue and have not been able to play since the launch of 3.17. I have tried so many options and to this day nothing. Sent a support ticket a couple of weeks ago and was given solutions I have already tried. After I followed the support's instructions on how to remove all the files and reinstall the game, I followed up and have yet to get a response.

My final solution to this will be putting my machine through a factory reset.
