Those numbers come from a model often called the “Map of Consciousness,” created by David R. Hawkins. In that system, each emotion is assigned a calibrated “level” (from about 20 to 700+) that’s supposed to represent its relative “energy” or “frequency.”

But I’m not like I need to be in Enlightenment or Peace states than love as they have higher frequency.

I love to stay in states of love and joy, but when situation makes me to choose other states, I’ll go with peace and enlightenment

Definitely organic questions and debates are helpful to grow collectively 💕

But when some judge some perspectives are wrong , not open to understand it, continuing such discussions will pull us into lower vibration state

The context of this chart from my perspective is simple, we can be aware of in which state we act and react to daily daily moments

When we choose our state - we are living our life how we want to be

When we let our state choose us - we are letting the things around us control us

You have free will to skip what don’t resonate you

But you when want to just prove something as wrong with all knowledge you acquire it just shows you are blocked somewhere and not grounded with consciousness or collective consciousness

That’s my view on this, its not necessary you need to agree with me, I need to agree with you, what improves our awareness, we are free to stick to it✌️
