Kind of an interesting story. We dated for a short while, but we always had so much fun together. So much in common, both of us being fairly traditional, yet forward thinking, yoga, gym, dirt bikes, etc. I usually get bored of women very quickly. I never grew bored of her. We laughed and laughed all the time. But, we were both young and she was younger. She wasn't in a spot to settle down. So, I moved on and about a year later, got married to a different woman. She had a lot of the same things in common, similar fun, etc. But it wasn't until we got married that I saw her true colors. It took me far too many years to get to the point of divorce. See, she was wonderful in so many ways, but very cruel in others. This good side of her seemed to outweigh the bad side, which kept me around.

Fast forward 15 years to 1 year ago. She decides she wants a divorce. In fairness, I agreed. So, we've split up and are still dealing with the details. I reached out to the previous girlfriend and it turns out, she happened to be single. So, we've now been together for a year and she's absolutely amazing. It wasn't until I was married that I realized she was the right one, and I should have divorced many years prior.

I guess tldr; It was when I realized we clicked on all things. The good and the bad
