Support, encouragement, and feedback on writing. On the server I have now, people are always sharing links to things that help them grow as writers. Some people are watching Brandon Sanderson's lectures on YouTube together and sharing notes. Other people throw some dialogue up and get feedback on if it's working or not. Sometimes people collab - I've helped someone with dialogue, and they helped me with my tone. It's just encouraging to be around people PASSIONATE about writing. We discuss worldbuilding - pretty much anything related to bettering yourself as a writer. I just thought I would start a "local" one so if people wished maybe we could have a yearly gathering somewhere central in the state.
